East West is more than a wonderful place to shop or eat. We run a range of classes and workshops. Check out what is coming up!

Thursday 24th April 

Raw Lunch box ideas for adults and children workshop. Week one of our Natural Health Clinic’s Living and Fermented Foods workshop series. You will taste and learn how to make pesto, raw crackers, raw bread, hummus, activated nuts and seeds, bliss balls, protein bars and bread-less lunch rolls. 7-9 pm. Sunday 27th April

Japanese Tea ceremony with Yuko Segawa and celebration of LOUISE TAYLOR’S contemporary Kimono exhibition in the Ethos Cafe. 4.30 pm. Origami-making with Yoko Tan from 2-4 pm. Kimono artwork auction from 5.30 pm.

Thursday 1st May

Fermented Foods workshop. Week two of our Natural Health Clinic’s Living and Fermented Foods workshop series. We will cover: the amazing health benefits of raw fermented fruit and vegetables, raw sauerkraut, kimchi, pro-bioitic rich sauerkraut juice. 7-9 pm. More info HERE.

Thursday 8th May

Raw Main Meals workshop. Week three of our Natural Health Clinic’s Living and Fermented Foods workshop series. We will cover: Raw spaghetti alfredo, Kamilla’s soup, marinated mushroom burger, 5-minute lunch to dinner dish & tabbouleh. 7-9 pm. More info HERE.

Thursday 15th May

Raw Desserts workshop.  Week four of our Natural Health Clinic’s Living and Fermented Foods workshop series. We will cover: raw mixed berry cheesecake, raw chocolate, apple cobbler, raw ice cream and chocolate lime mousse. 7-9 pm. More info HERE.

A Day of Gardening workshops with Colin Walker. 

Growing Garlic & Onions. 10am to 12.30 pm.

Working with Weeds, Pests & Diseases. 1.30pm to 4pm
